You can feel comfortable knowing that our Cleaning Technicians follow all CDC guidelines to ensure that our units are completely cleaned, sanitized, and disinfected. Each Technician has completed additional training from the ISSA and ARCSI.

THE SPACE: Located in the perfect spot to truly enjoy all things Dallas! Both conveniently located for vacation travelers looking to enjoy the hotspots of Downtown, and business travelers with the Convention Center being a 5 minute walk away! This unit is fully furnished and well-appointed with smart locks, and thermostat and a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, stocked with a fridge, microwave, toaster oven, cookware, dishes, coffee, and tea.

THINGS TO NOTE:
OCCUPANCY: This unit allows 2 overnight guests (up to 4 total with fee/host’s approval). Feel free to have guests over, however in compliance with the city regulations, there cannot be more than 4 people inside the unit at any given time. Over occupancy may result in eviction.

AIR MATTRESS: Upon request and for a fee, we provide a cozy high quality 22 inch queen-size air mattress with fresh linens, as well as additional towels, and other amenities. Only an air mattress confirmed at time of reservation is guaranteed.

BREAKFAST: We supply a light breakfast of Oatmeal and high quality coffee (enough for your initial arrival).

PARKING: We offer one free valet parking space in the parking garage near the building.

GATHERINGS: We know you are coming to Dallas to have a good time, but out of respect to the other tenants and neighbors, this property has a strict “No Party” policy.

QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons in their unit.

SMOKING: Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the unit. There will be a minimum $250 penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in your apartment during your reservation period.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: Check-in time is at or after 3pm and check-out time is prior to or at 11am. Early check-ins and late checkouts are based on availability and can be requested one day before. Additional fee may apply.

SECURITY: For security reasons, there are audio/video recording cameras in the common areas of the building and outside of the building. There are no recording devices inside the unit.
